Return & Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Back To The AGS Snacks will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Reverse Pickup Policy
AGS Snacks does not provide reverse pickup services. You are required to self-ship the item back to us using a reliable local courier service. Any shipping costs incurred for returning the product will be reimbursed with AGS Snacks discount vouchers, up to a maximum of Rs.100. Please ensure to mention the invoice number on the address label.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
A refund will be processed only after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account, depending on your bank.
